Ordering and Shipping

  • How can I place an order on the website?
    Simply browse through our products, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout to place an order.

  • What are the available payment options?
    We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) options for easy payments.

  • Do I need to create an account to place an order?
    To place your order, you need to create an account first. Click on the login icon in the top-right corner and  provide some basic information, including your name, email address and password. You can also sign up quickly using your Google or Facebook account.

  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. You can also track your order through the "My Orders" section in your account.

  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • What is the delivery charge?
    We offer free delivery on orders above ₹249. A nominal delivery charge of 50Rs applies for orders below this amount.

  • Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
    You can change your address within a limited time after placing the order. Contact our support team as soon as possible for assistance.

  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only ship within India.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, you can cancel orders that haven’t been shipped yet through your account in "My Orders" section or by contacting customer support.

  • What is an Order ID?
    An Order ID is a unique identifier for each order, helping us track and assist with any order-related queries.

Return & Refunds

  • What is your return policy?
    Shuffle Perfumes can accept any return only if the product is damaged, wrongly delivered, or is defective. In such cases, the product should be in an unused and undamaged condition. The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice as well. Other than that, we follow a no-return policy for all our products once they are delivered.

  • How will I receive my refund?
    Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • What if I receive a damaged product?
    If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance with a replacement or refund.​

  • Does the return policy cover products that have been opened or used?
    No, our policy does not cover products that have been opened or used. It is applicable only to orders with items that are damaged, leaking, or missing.

  • Is it safe to use online payment on your website?
    Yes, our payment gateway is secure, ensuring your payment information remains private and protected.

  • What online payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay through various payment methods like UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Wallets etc.

  • Is COD available everywhere in India?
    We offer COD in most regions within India. However, there may be some exceptions based on location.

  • Would I be charged extra for COD orders?
    Currently, we do not charge any additional fees for COD orders.

    Our products are crafted using premium natural oils, are cruelty-free, and feature sustainably sourced ingredients.

  • Are your products tested on animals?
    No, all our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

    We use perfumer’s alcohol in our fragrances, which is safe and designed specifically for cosmetic use.

Shuffle Codes, Shuffle Cards & Redemption

  • What are Shuffle Codes?
    Shuffle Codes are unique codes provided with 100ml bottle of Shuffle Perfumes behind Thank You Card, which can be entered on our website to collect Shuffle Cards.

  • How do I redeem a Shuffle Code?
    Enter your Shuffle Code in the “Shuffle Cards” section in your account to reveal the card and accumulate count.

  • What are Shuffle Cards, and how do they work?
    Shuffle Cards are collectible cards that allow you to redeem products based on the cards you hold.

  • How many Shuffle Cards do I need to redeem a product?
    Different products require specific combinations of Shuffle Cards. Check the “Redeem” section for the detailed requirements.

  • Can I redeem multiple products with my Shuffle Cards?
    Yes, as long as you meet the redemption criteria for each product, you can redeem multiple products.

  • What should I do if my Shuffle Code doesn’t work?
    Ensure you’ve entered the code correctly. If it still doesn’t work, contact customer support for assistance.

  • Do Shuffle Codes expire?
    Shuffle Codes may have expiration dates. Check the details provided with your Shuffle Code or in your account.

  • Can I transfer my Shuffle Cards to someone else?
    Currently, Shuffle Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

  • Will there be any shipping charges on redeemed products?
    There will be an extra ₹50 shipping charge on redeemed products at checkout.

    Unfortunately, we do not provide a sample of our products.

    Each product page provides detailed descriptions of the scent notes and character. 

  • Where are your products made?
    All our products are purely Made in India and manufactured in our factories situated in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

  • What should I do if an item is out of stock?
    You can sign up to be notified when the product is back in stock, or check back later on our website.

  • Is there any age limit for using your products?
    Our perfumes are generally suitable for all ages but are intended for those above 18.
